Milwaukie, OR – On 6/6/24 at 12:24 AM, Milwaukie Police were called to the 11000 block of SE 21^st Ave. on report of a female with heavy bleeding from her head. The female had at least one significant wound on her head which was non-life threatening. The female was transported to a local hospital, conscious and breathing.

Construct an addition to the existing Administration Building, at the Kellogg Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility, expanding the conference room and relocating the locker rooms, lunchroom, and laundry from the Chemical Building on site. The project includes planting native trees and shrubs as mitigation for permanent disturbance of a portion of the habitat conservation area (HCA) on the site.

Proposal: Maintain an 8-foot-tall cedar fence in the rear and side yards which exceeds the 6-foot fence height permitted under Milwaukie Municipal Code 19.502.2.B. The fence was installed before the applicant’s awareness of the city’s fence regulations and is anchored to a pre-existing 8-foot-tall chain link fence.

Proposal: Utilize the Campbell Elementary School site as the new home for Cascade Heights Public Charter School, a K-8 school with approximately 225 students and 25 staff. The new school will operate on a four-day schedule (Mon-Thurs, 7:45am to 3:30pm), with some before- and after-school activities. The School District will not provide regular busing, so students will arrive independently, primarily through private transportation.
