Ledding Library Diversity Audit

In late 2020 the Collections Team of the library-wide DEI Committee agreed to launch a diversity audit to assess the current collection for its representation of diverse groups and populations.  We wanted an answer to the question, “Who are our books about?”  Diversity audits can be used to collect data on any number of factors, including workplace demographics, services and programs, and collections.

CSU-2022-003

Request to modify a condition of approval from land use file #CSU-2017-007, which approved a major renovation of the Milwaukie High School campus. The condition in question required dedication of public right-of-way (ROW) at the east end of Adams Street for a future connection to 23rd Avenue on the school campus. The modification would require a public access easement instead of ROW dedication; although a future full-street improvement is unlikely, the City wishes to preserve the option for a future bicycle/pedestrian connection.

Residential Development Reports

The City of Milwaukie tracks residential development data and produces monthly reports. These reports highlight neighborhood activity, new project approvals, construction starts, and completions. There are three phases of development that the city tracks:  in planning, in building, and completed.  Units “in planning” are currently undergoing review for compliance with zoning and site standards. Units “in building” are under construction.
