Alarm Permits
Alarm permits are required for businesses and residences that use an alarm system within city limits. Alarm permits must be obtained and submitted prior to the use of the alarm system.
Application Fee:
Business: $50
Residential: $30
Residential 65+: $10
Permit Term: The alarm permit is valid for one calendar year.
Applying for a permit or renewing applications: As of November 2024, the Milwaukie Police Department has partnered with Alarm Program Systems for this service. To apply for, renew or cancel a permit, visit milwaukieor.citysupport.org.
