Reserving the Community Room

The Community Room will be open for use again beginning on Thursday, December 16, 2021. The Community Meeting Room (CMR), located in the Public Safety Building (PSB), is an assembly/meeting area available for use without charge by public and private agencies and groups. The CMR can hold a maximum of 62 persons in the meeting room and 30 in the pre-function area. The CMR has bathroom facilities and a separate entrance off the parking area.

Please read the entire room policy before submitting your reservation reqeust. Activities in the room must not be disruptive to others in the building. The CMR must be left in the same condition in which it was found, including the placement of chairs and tables.
